Lupin Gang Serves up Looks for Italian Fashion Collaboration

Lupin the 3rd tends to only trade in his iconic jacket and tie for disguises or special occasions… and fashion brand Dunhill (like us) considers his new movie a special occasion!

The Italian company is teaming up with Lupin the 3rd: The First—the long-running franchise’s first 3DCG feature film—to offer some looks for the gang’s main men. The outfits are taken from the company’s Autumn/Winter 2019 collection:

Lupin’s look harkens back to his love of classic cars, featuring a top with a walnut dash print. Jigen stays stylish in a pinstripe three-piece suit and (of course) hat. Meanwhile, Goemon’s unusually modern look still incorporates the flowing style of his usual vintage get-up.

All the styles are broken down to their individual parts and can be shopped on the collab website. Fashion show footage is included so you can see the ensembles on the runway. The brand’s official LINE profile is also offering the collab’s key visual (seen above) as a phone wallpaper.

Lupin the 3rd: The First throws the franchise back to its period roots, exploring a mystery left behind by Lupin’s granddad, the original Arséne Lupin. The film, directed by award-winning director Takashi Yamazaki (Stand by Me Doraemon, Dragon Quest: Your Story), premieres in Japan on December 6.
